Sen. Lowe Finney

Sen. Lowe Finney is a former Tennessee state senator and Senate Democratic Caucus Chairman, representing West Tennessee’s 27th District from 2006 to 2014. During his tenure, he was instrumental in creating Tennessee’s Megasite Authority, now partnering with Ford Motors on the landmark BlueOval City project, and championed major legislation including the Crooks with Guns Act. A practicing attorney since 2002, Finney lives in Weakley County with his wife, Tiffany, and their two sons, Paul and William Andrew.
