Lisa Rottmann is President and CEO of Stowers Machinery Corporation, East Tennessee’s Caterpillar equipment distributor. She leads the family business and its nearly 600 employees, continuing a 65-year legacy of supporting the region’s construction industry.
Previously, Lisa worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Strategy and Organizational Performance consultant. She holds a B.A. from Furman University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Lisa serves on the boards of East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Safer Tennessee, and the Knox County Industrial Development Board. She has been honored as a Knoxville Business Hall of Fame Emerging Leader and a Knoxville News Sentinel “40 Under 40.”
She lives in Knoxville with her husband, Ed, and their three children.
